As I spent time in the Rec [[#|Center]], I noticed that most women [[#|[[#|head]]]] [[#|straight]] for the elliptical/bike/treadmill room, and most men head for the [[#|weight]] room. I think this suggests that both genders want to look good but in different ways. The [[#|girls]] are trying to stay slim and fit, while the men are trying to bulk up and look masculine. I think most of the [[#|drive]] for this is, maybe even subconsciously, to impress the other [[#|gender]]. I have also noticed that both genders attend the rock climbing [[#|wall]] and basketball courts. This, to me, suggests that both genders like to [[#|enjoy]] themselves and get away from their studies.
